The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Order Cancellation Period:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You ordered the Goods.

Order Cancellation Fees:

A order cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation request is not made within the specified free cancellation period. We accept order cancellation requests according to the following policies:

The request for order cancellation should be made within 36 hours. If the cancellation is made within 36 hours, we will refund the entire sum to your account within 14 business days.

Cancellation of the order after 36 hours and within 72 hours will result in an immediate deduction of 35% from your paid sum.

If you request order cancellation after 72 hours but within 7 days, 45% will be deducted from the order amount.

We won’t accept order cancellation requests after 7 days of confirmation.

Note: Refunds will be processed only for the item cost if the cancellation of your order is made within 36 hours, deducting Postage and Packaging Charges.

Restocking Fees:

A 25% restocking fee and other related fees may be charged.

Conditions for Returns:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly review it in detail and inform you within a reasonable time via email whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the error. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded, unless prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, the Goods must meet the following criteria:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if 7 days or more have passed since your purchase.
  • The Goods are unopened in their original condition and packed in their original packaging with a valid receipt.
  • The Goods are unused, undamaged, with all stickers and tags intact.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Fragrance, beauty products, food items, and undergarments.
  • Goods ordered as a “set” may not be returned individually.
  • Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions in our sole discretion.

All returned products not complying with our return policy will be returned to you without refund. in case you used a promo code on your order, please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. if you return products purchased with a promo code, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. you will then loose the promotion amount of the returned item.

Crediting after the product is Returned:

Normally we will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for placing the Order. For refund on returns of purchase through credit card, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping and Returning Goods:

Shipping and handling fees on the invoice are not included in the refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns and for insuring them. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping is your responsibility. The costs of shipping and handling are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be included in any refunds, and delivery charges may apply for product exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to prevent damage or loss in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
